Book your shoot here. Once you sign up in the calendar, we'll reach out with the contract and retainer information. Please note: your date is not secure until the contract is signed and retainer is received.
Don't worry - we've put together our favorite tips and ideas on how to prepare for your session, HERE.
We are Canon and Sony shooters. We have backup cameras for our backup cameras. And we have suitcases full of equipment. Even as we’re shooting - your images are automatically being saved to two separate cards just in case.
You will receive a direct link to your online gallery 3-4 weeks after the session. This gallery will contain all of the edited photos (typically 50-70), you will have the rights to download and print the photos anywhere you want, and can also order prints directly from the gallery.
Our style is authentic, creative, and documentary. We tell your story through our cameras. Capturing every moment from little smiles when no one else is looking - to the big moments with everyone smiling at me. We give instruction when needed but we know when to let you enjoy the moment as a family.
Yes I am! I have been a full time photographer since 2011 and have photographed hundreds of families. I've also added some super talented photographers and videographers to the JTP team over the years to better meet the needs of our families.
We're a growing family of 3 (6 if you include our two cats and dog), based in Downers Grove. We moved out to the suburbs in 2020 from Logan Square, and miss the city dearly (we go back often!) but also love having the {green] space and and quiet in the our neighborhood.
I’m a lover of new experiences all over the world. but these days am more commonly found chasing our toddler around the living room, eating at new local restaurants, and devouring poke bowls while we watch reruns of MTV's The Challenge. My ultimate mental escape is sitting down at the piano/guitar in an empty house (a VERY rare occasion). Having a child has taught me - life is gonna happen as it happens, it's all about how we react to it and find the beauty in the small moments.
